Remarks:
  1. The find spot was 809 m  SW of the church in the ancient town of Narona.
  2. Made of iron bands (base W, 122-3mm; W of band, 88mm; Th., 2mm.; total W, 280-300mm.)
  3. There are 28 rivets on the outside of the helmet.
  4. There are two half-shells (total W, 200mm; max. H, 135mm; Th., 2mm). Each half-shell is attached to the central band by means of five rivets.
  5. The brow-band is also made of iron (total L, 657mm, of which 12mm overlaps; W, 58mm; Th, 2mm.)
