There is an engraved tie between the simulated cheek pieces on the chin of the mask. The skull is embossed with a decorated brow plate and covered with a representation of hair encircled by a corona civica of oak leaves.
The helmet has pierced rings in the eye appertures to simulate the iris.
There is an applied strip across the brow.
