Iron skull, silvered bronze face mask. Originally, the edge of the skull was decorated with hair ringlets, worked in repousée.
The mask shows a youthful beardless male face with angular eyebrows and half closed eyes. The hair is parted in the centre and flows in waves to either side.
The mask is joined to the skull through a hinge at the centre top.
Traces of leather lining remained inside the skull.
