Iron, plated with silver foil (Th., 1mm) with reinforcing layer between. The silver foil is punched upwards from behind.
The neck protection is (as is commonly the case) angled down and the form of helmet and cheek protectors show its affiliation with the Weiler type.
The helmet is the most complete example of this type known.
