Translation: To the gods of the dead.
For Lucius Titius Celer, son of Lucius, from (Iulium?) Carnicum (modern Zuglio, Italy), speculator of the Cohors VIIII Praetoria, of the century of Montanus. He lived 34 years, 2 months and 8 days, served 15 years. Lucius Titius Melancoma made (this) for his very worthy patron .
