To edit or submit articles on Romanarmy.com, first make sure that:

1. You are logged into the site (no login? Register here. Please note: your RAT-account does not work on this site!)

2. That you have been granted the 'powers' to publish articles. Write to the This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it so they can upgrade your account (no costs involved! In fact, we'll be elated by your offer to help!).

You can verify these settings are correct by going to one of the content categories. If you see 'New...' below the list of articles, you are able to write new items for Romanarmy.com. Depending on your access level, you may also see edit symbols behind each article.

Once you click either the edit-symbol or 'New...', the standard window will be replaced by a WYSIWYG-editor, which will do all the coding for you. Type your text, add in links to relevant other articles on the site or elsewhere on the web and import pictures if needed.

When done, click the 'Publishing' tab at the bottom of the screen and select the correct 'State' and 'Access Level'. Make sure you typed a title and selected the right Category (top of screen). Click save. Your article should now be visible on the site.

Note on the WYSIWYG-editor. We have established that it works fine in both IE (for Win) and Firefox (for Win & OS X).
